What is the cost of shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING sitewide!!!!

We know how much we all hate paying for shipping, so that's why at Want That Stat! we cover all of the shipping costs ourselves.

Where do you ship to?

We ship solely within Australia at the moment.

We are a small, family owned, Aussie company and hope to spread the joy of our fun scrubs further in the future. If you have a request for Want That Stat! to ship to your country then please reach out to us at Support@WantThatStat.shop and we look forward to speaking with you.

What shipping company do you use?

We use a range of shipping methods including Australia Post and Sendle. 

We aim to have your scrub top orders processed within 2 working days and arriving to you within 2-7 working days.

Accessories are held at a different site so will be processed within 2-3 working days and take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Why can't you deliver overnight or offer next day delivery?

We are a small, family owned business and unfortunately can't offer overnight or next day shipping.

What we can offer is our joyful scrub tops are packed, and sent to you as quickly as possible with lots of thanks for supporting our small business.

Can I update my delivery address?

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Unfortunately in most circumstances we would not be able to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.

Is shipping secure and tracked?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with your parcel tracking number on it. You can then track your order on the delivery provider's website.
